Control Sampling

At scheduled intervals, Vitarich’s quality control department pulls control samples from the manufacturing line and puts them through a battery of tests. These tests help us ensure the products we manufacture are of the highest quality.

Some of the tests include:

• Hardness testing of tablets
• Weight variation
• Uniform tablet coatings
• Liquid viscosity
• Capsule imperfections (cracks, splits, spotting, sticking, etc.)

We understand the importance of manufacturing nutritional supplements to the highest standards. This is why our facility was awarded its cGMP certification with an “A” Rating.
