Finished Product Inspection

Conducting a final product inspection ensures the products Vitarich manufactures are safe to be distributed to your customers. We inspect every product for a variety of factors before they are shipped, such as:

• All capsules are polished after encapsulation
• All finished products are inspected in the microbiological labs for mold, bacterial, viral, yeast or fungal growth
• Tablets and chewables are inspected for cracks, chips, weight variations, hardness, uniformity, coating flaws, flavor, etc.
• Powders are inspected for moisture content, flavor, etc.
• Capsules are checked for tears, weight, cracks, splits, dimples, etc.
• Liquids are checked for texture, color, taste, etc.

During finished product inspection, packaging is examined for any problems as well. Every product we manufacture is subjected to the most stringent inspections to meet your most exacting demands.
