Near Infrared Spectrophotometer for Vitamin Manufacturing

For this reason we use precise instruments to test, determine, and maintain the purity of the raw ingredients we use in production. These instruments include a near infrared spectrophotometer, which can be shortened to NIR spectrophotometer.

This device measures light in the NIR Spectrum, or the near infrared spectrum, and is used to determine the composition of materials. The NIR Spectrum, otherwise known as the near infrared spectrum, is located from 700 nm to 2500 nm. Although we receive a certificate of analysis with each batch of raw materials we use for our vitamin supplements, we use our near infrared spectrophotometer to verify the validity of this certificate and make sure that the raw materials are up to our high standards for quality and purity.
