Raw Material Evaluation

As the old saying goes, “what you put into your body is what you get out of it,” and this sentiment can easily be extended to apply to vitamins and supplements. Not only does the quality of your dietary supplements affect your body’s health and performance, but the quality of the ingredients makes up the overall quality of the supplements. For this reason, many companies require raw material evaluation prior to even mixing their products. Not only does this determine the quality of the ingredients, but a well-done raw material evaluation should also test for contamination and potency.

Each ingredient used at Vitarich Laboratories undergoes a strict raw material evaluation. In our raw material evaluation, we test many factors of the ingredients, from simply determining if it actually is what the supplier says it is to testing for potency. Our raw material evaluation also uses an infrared spectrophotometer and tests for mold, yeast, and bacteria. This stringent raw material evaluation ensures that only the best ingredients go into making your products, resulting in finished products that are of superior quality.

For more information on raw material evaluation and other services available from Vitarich Laboratories, call or e-mail us today.
