Whey
Protein Isolate
Similar to the
concentrate form, Whey Protein Isolate
is derived from whey and contains high
amounts of protein with little to no fat,
lactose, or cholesterol. However, the
main difference between the two is that
Whey Protein Isolate is much more pure.
This particular form can have up to 90%
pure whey protein, while Whey Protein
Concentrate can have varying amounts from
29% to 89% with corresponding levels of
fat and lactose.
